Return & Exchange Policy
Lorraine Luxe offers our guests 15 days from day of delivery to ask for a refund.
We will accept refunds based on the following:
*Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
*We will pay for the shipping costs, in case of a return for wrong item or receiving a damaged item. [Pictures within 24 hours of delivery with packaging will be needed.]
*Product isn’t damaged after the 24 hours period for defective claim.
*Items on sale can be refunded; however clearance items cannot.
*We will not refund a product if it doesn’t meet these conditions.
We will accept exchanges based on the following:
*We are open to direct exchanges for the same price. If so customer pays for the new product to be shipped and difference in price of item if of greater value.
*We will not pay to ship back item due to change of mind or doesn't fit being the reason of exchange or return.
